If you're using different SKUs for the same product on different marketplaces, you'll need to join them under the same product. This keeps your listing information and inventory levels the same on all your marketplaces.
Join two listings under one product
- From the left menu, click Inventory, followed by Stock levels.
- Find the two separate products.
- Mark the checkboxes for each product, followed by Join.
- Select the product you'd like to keep, followed by Join Items.
To get the listings on the same page, search by similar title or barcode. You can also use Filter Results > Listing Field.
Joining listings won't change your Market SKU. Learn more
Join listings in bulk
- Go to Catalog > Import & export
- Select the Join Listings template from the menu > Download template
- After the data has been entered into the spreadsheet, return to the Import & export page and click Upload Template.
