Getting Started

How do I connect my SHEIN account? Go to Integrations > Add Integration, select SHEIN, and authorize your seller account. The SHEIN integration works just like any other channel; once connected, your listings begin syncing automatically.

Do I need approval before I connect? Yes. You need an approved SHEIN seller account with permission to sell before adding the integration. If you aren't sure whether your account is approved, confirm with SHEIN before connecting with Listing Mirror.

What syncs automatically? Titles, descriptions, pricing, and inventory all sync as expected, just like the other marketplaces you already use.

Is there a review period before my listings go live? Yes. SHEIN reviews all new listings before publishing them. This review typically takes around 24 hours, so don't be alarmed if a brand-new listing isn't live right away.

Product Features & Descriptions

Does SHEIN use bullet points? No. Unlike some marketplaces, SHEIN does not support free-form bullet points. Instead, you choose from a category-specific list of product features. The features available to you depend on the category you're listing in.

What about descriptions? Standard product descriptions are supported and sync like your other channels.

Common pitfall: missing style information. SHEIN requires style information on every SKU. If a variation (child SKU) is missing its style information, its images can't be associated correctly and the listing may fail. Before creating a listing, make sure each SKU has its style information filled in.

Variations & Images (SKC)

What is an SKC? SHEIN groups product variations by a single main attribute (usually Color) into what SHEIN calls an SKC. All the variations that share that main attribute belong to the same SKC.

How do images work with variations? Because images are associated at the SKC (main-attribute) level, any image you add to a group applies to every variation in that group. For example, adding a photo to the "Red" group displays it for all sizes of the red variation.

Shipping & Fulfillment

How does shipping work on SHEIN? You have two options: buy shipping labels directly from SHEIN, or enter your own shipping details manually.

What are package presets? Package presets let you save common package dimensions so you can quickly set sizing and pull shipping rates without re-entering measurements every time.

Is shipping automated? No, SHEIN shipping is a manual process today. If you use ShipStation, the SHEIN integration connects to it just like your other channels.
