With this update, you'll notice new options under the "Price" section on your Manage Integrations pages.
Why the change? Our previous Integration Price Settings weren't always clear in terms of their functionality, and there were often multiple ways to achieve the same result, leading to confusion. In some cases, market prices were in sync with the Product, while others weren't. There was no easy way to ensure everything stayed in sync. Additionally, pricing rules and currency conversions weren't displayed clearly.
With this update, our goal is to simplify things and make it loud and clear what the settings do.
Now let's take a look at the settings...
Amazon
- Manage price in Listing Mirror: will control Amazon price and the market price is editable.
- Use product price: Listing Mirror will control Amazon prices and the Amazon prices will be in sync with the Product price. Change Product price to change Amazon price.
- Import price from Amazon and apply to product: Listing Mirror will import prices from Amazon and update the Product price to match.
- Import sales price (when available) from Amazon and apply to product: Listing Mirror will import sales prices from Amazon and update the Product price to match.
All other channels
When "Use product price" is enabled, the market price will automatically match the product price and cannot be edited separately. To adjust the market price, you will need to update the product price.
⚠️ What you need to do ⚠️
By default, this "Use product price" setting is turned off. If you'd like your market prices to always match the product price, you'll need to log in and turn this setting on for each integration.
If you prefer to manage the market prices independently from the product price, keep this setting turned off. This will allow you to adjust the market price freely, regardless of the product price.
Choose the integration you want to sync with the product price, then enable the "Use product price" option and save your changes.
