Learn how to use the Product Edit spreadsheet to edit your product data in Listing Mirror
Your Product Edit page acts as the main place for storing common information about your product, like the title, description, item sizes, barcodes, pictures, and more.
You can access this spreadsheet on the Import / Export page.
Change your existing product details
In columns B to AD, you can change your product details. This includes basic details that apply to all variations, such as the title, description, bullet points, and more. See example spreadsheet
Gray cells show that a variation is linked to the product. It's important not to change any of these gray cells.
Variation Name 1 & 2
Your Variation Name will match the Variation Value you choose. You can pick options like scent, material, size, style, count, color, flavor, pattern, edition, and capacity for your variation value. These options are found in columns AO to AX.
Change your existing product variation details
In columns AE to CE, you can change your product variation details. This includes specific information unique to each variation, such as the SKU, barcode, price, images, and more. See example spreadsheet
Apply changes made to your market listings
After updating your product details, you need to select which fields will be updated in your Market Listings. Changing your product details doesn't automatically update your listing details.
To update your Market Listings when uploading, pick a marketplace column and a product field row. Then, change the cell's value from FALSE to TRUE.
Doing this will replace the marketplace-specific information you have on any marketplace and field you've selected.
Before you upload your spreadsheet
- Delete all formulas from the cells. Use Special Paste to keep the data from the formulas.
- Check that you haven't changed any of the column headers.
- Verify column A and AE haven't been changed.
- Ensure the title, description, SKU, and price are entered for every product you're adding.
- Make sure you haven't made any changes to the Lookup tab.
