      Update merchant fulfilled quantities manually or in bulk

      Manage available quantities for each inventory source.

       

      Available with the following subscriptions: Free | Starter | Full

      Manually update quantities

      1. Go to Inventory > Manage Inventory
      2. Search by SKU, ASIN, or title
      3. Hover over the existing quantity and update as needed
      4. Save changes 

      Update quantities in bulk

      1. Go to Reports > Import/Export
      2. Select the Quantity Update template from the menu
      3. Click Download template
      4. Update quantities in the spreadsheet and return to the Import/Export page
      5. Click Upload template 

       

      🚨 If you encounter problems with available quantities on a marketplace or find listings showing negative quantities, it may be due to using a different method to set quantities while having the Update quantity option selected in your Integration Settings.
