Troubleshoot connecting Walmart integration

When users run into issue connecting Walmart it's usually due to one of following reasons:

  1. Walmart’s onboarding steps for new sellers on the marketplace have not been 100% completed or Listing Mirror hasn’t been granted the necessary permissions. Take a moment to review your Walmart Seller Center portal to resolve any of these issues.
  2. Using a web browser that isn't supported by Walmart. Walmart asks sellers to use the latest version of Chrome: 2024-06-08_10-56-20

Unfortunately, most error messages are coming from Walmart, not Listing Mirror. If you continue to get the "You are not authorized to view this page" error, please contact Walmart's Seller Support team for assistance.
