Getting Started

How do I connect my Temu account? Go to Integrations > Add Integration, select Temu, and authorize your seller account. Once connected, your listings will begin syncing automatically — just like adding any other channel.

What syncs automatically? Titles, descriptions, pricing, and inventory all sync as expected. For most product categories, Temu works similarly to other marketplaces you're already using.

What image requirements does Temu have?

Do I need to resize my images manually? No. Images are automatically resized to meet Temu's requirements. The algorithm detects the background color from the four corners of your image and adds matching bars (top/bottom or sides) to achieve the correct aspect ratio.

Will the automatic resizing always look good? It works well for most images, but results depend on your originals. For the best results, upload a custom image sized specifically for Temu on each listing. If you don't, we'll do our best with what you have.

Size Charts (Clothing & Apparel)

What is a size chart and do I need one? A size chart is a structured table mapping your size names (S, M, L, etc.) to specific body measurements (chest, waist, length, etc.). Temu requires a size chart for all clothing listings.

How do size charts work in Listing Mirror? Size charts use two sets of fields:

  • Parent listing level — Set Size Chart Element 1 and Size Chart Element 2 to define the measurement types (e.g., "Chest" and "Length").
  • Each variation — Fill in Size Chart Value 1 and Size Chart Value 2 with the actual measurements for that size.

This works alongside the standard variation name/value fields. For example, a variation might have a Variation Name of "Size" with a Value of "Medium", plus a Size Chart Value 1 of "38" (Chest) and Size Chart Value 2 of "28" (Length).

Can I create reusable size chart templates? Yes. To set one up:

  1. Go to Integrations > Edit on your Temu integration
  2. Click Manage Templates to create reusable size chart templates
  3. For each template, pick a Temu category, define measurement types, and fill in values for each size
  4. Set a Default Size Chart Template on the Edit Integration page — new Temu listings will auto-populate from it

Can I override the template for a specific listing? Yes:

  1. Open the listing in Listing Mirror
  2. Click Edit Market Listing on the Temu channel
  3. Select a different size chart template at the parent level
  4. Adjust the specific measurements on each variation as needed

Do size charts sync from other channels? No. Size charts are managed within Listing Mirror on the Temu market listing page only, since most other marketplaces don't have an equivalent feature.
