Step 5: Start live inventory syncing

Learn how live syncing works, and how to turn it on.

What is live syncing?

When Listing Mirror is live syncing with a marketplace, information like inventory quantities, newly cross-listed items, price updates, changes to listing details, etc. are being pushed to the marketplace based on your integration settings for each channel.  

 

What can I do to make sure live syncing will work as it should?

  1. Listings must be linked to the correct products in order for inventory to be tracked accurately (Step 2). Please see the following article for more information: Join listings under one product 
  2. We recommend creating new marketplace listings in small batches as opposed to cross-listing everything all at once. When items are cross-listed, marketplaces will often respond with a notification. For example, to inform you that a required listing detail is missing.

 

How to start live syncing? 🚀

Go to Listings > Manage Listings and click the Start Syncing button.

 

How to stop syncing?

To stop a sales channel from syncing, go to Integrations > Manage Integrations > select the marketplace > click the toggle to change the Status from enabled to disabled.
