Learn how live syncing works, and how to turn it on.
What is live syncing?
When Listing Mirror is live syncing with a marketplace, information like inventory quantities, newly cross-listed items, price updates, changes to listing details, etc. are being pushed to the marketplace based on your integration settings for each channel.
What can I do to make sure live syncing will work as it should?
- Listings must be linked to the correct products in order for inventory to be tracked accurately (Step 2). Please see the following article for more information: Join listings under one product
- We recommend creating new marketplace listings in small batches as opposed to cross-listing everything all at once. When items are cross-listed, marketplaces will often respond with a notification. For example, to inform you that a required listing detail is missing.
How to start live syncing? 🚀
Go to Listings > Manage Listings and click the Start Syncing button.
How to stop syncing?
To stop a sales channel from syncing, go to Integrations > Manage Integrations > select the marketplace > click the toggle to change the Status from enabled to disabled.
