Tracking available quantities can be a complex task when selling across multiple marketplaces, which is why it is such a valuable feature of Listing Mirror.
After completing Step 3, you'll activate your account and start syncing with the marketplaces you've integrated. Before taking that step, it's important to first confirm the accuracy of your on-hand quantities.
Review and update individual quantities
- Go to Inventory > Manage Inventory
- Search by SKU, UPC, ASIN, or title
- Hover over the quantity and update as needed
- Make note of a reason for the change (optional) and click Save
Review and update quantities in bulk
- Go to Reports > select Import/Export from the menu
- Select the Quantity Update template > click Download template
- Make any necessary changes in the spreadsheet and return to the same page
- Click Upload template to upload the quantity update spreadsheet and apply changes
