What is live syncing?
When Listing Mirror is live syncing with a marketplace, information like newly cross-listed items, price updates, changes to listing details, etc. are being pushed to the marketplace based on your integration settings for each channel.
What can I do to make sure live syncing will work as it should?
We recommend adding listings to new marketplaces manually and in small batches as opposed to cross-listing everything all at once or in bulk.
When listings are added, a marketplace may respond with a notification that a required listing detail is missing. By starting out with a small batch of listings, you'll get a better sense of what to expect going forward.
How to start live syncing? 🚀
Go to Listings > Manage Listings and click the Start Syncing button.
How to stop syncing
To stop a sales channel from syncing, go to Integrations > Manage Integrations > select the marketplace > click the toggle to change the Status from enabled to disabled.
