Allow or prevent customers from ordering out-of-stock items.
Shopify's Inventory Policy setting, gives sellers the option to control whether customers can purchase items that are currently out of stock or if they should be restricted from doing so.
Update the Shopify Inventory Policy
- Go to Listings > Manage Listings
- Locate the SKU and click the edit icon in the Shopify column
- In the Inventory policy section, select Deny or Continue:
Select Deny to prevent customers from ordering the item if it's out of stock.
Select Continue to allow customers to order the item if it's out of stock.
By default, Listing Mirror sets the Inventory policy to Deny.
