Resend Tracking Number to a Marketplace

How to resend tracking information when you receive an order error notification from a marketplace.

After a sales channel completes an order, the tracking number is sent to Listing Mirror, which then transmits it to the marketplace where the purchase occurred.

When a marketplace fails to recognize a tracking number or doesn't process the information accurately, resending the tracking number will usually resolve the issue. 

In Listing Mirror, you might see an error like this: 

INVALID_REQUEST_CONTENT.GMP_ORDER_APIdataINVALID_REQUEST_CONTENT :: Failed when called shipConfirm API for Order# X. An UnKnown Error occurred in communicating-with or retrieving-response from OMS/RMS Server.Request content is invalid.ERRORDATA

Resend the tracking number

  1. Go to Orders > View Orders
  2. Click the Order # 
  3. Click Notify Market to resend the tracking information: 2024-09-04_13-51-36

You will see a confirmation message confirming that the tracking number has been successfully sent to the marketplace.
