Learn how to update your product details with information from a marketplace listing in Reflector
Instead of copying and pasting this info yourself, you can use the Refresh Product Details feature to update your product.
Details won't update on their own. You have to start the request yourself.
This feature is currently only available for Amazon.
Update individual product details
- From the Manage Listings page, search for a product.
- Click the product title.
- Confirm all your variations have an ASIN.
- Click Refresh Product Details.
- Choose the fields you'd like to update, followed by Update.
You can see how far along it is by looking at the progress bar at the top of the Product Edit page.
Update product details in bulk
- From the menu bar, click Listings followed by your Amazon marketplace of choice.
- Select the SKUs you want to update.
- Click the Actions dropdown.
- Click Refresh Product Details.
- Choose the fields you'd like to update, followed by Update.
