Why am I being asked to refresh credentials?
- The password used to log in to your seller account has recently changed.
- Your API token has expired.
- The marketplace integration was unintentionally disconnected.
- Your credentials have been changed for another reason.
How to refresh credentials
- Go to Integrations > Manage Integrations
- Click Refresh Credentials:
- Follow the prompts required by the marketplace
