      How to refresh integration credentials

      Learn how to how to refresh your credentials for a marketplace integration.

      Why am I being asked to refresh credentials?

      1. The password used to log in to your seller account has recently changed.
      2. Your API token has expired.
      3. The marketplace integration was unintentionally disconnected.
      4. Your credentials have been changed for another reason.  

      How to refresh credentials

      1. Go to Integrations > Manage Integrations
      2. Click Refresh Credentials: 2024-07-30_13-23-25
      3. Follow the prompts required by the marketplace

        Have you changed the name of your eBay store? To refresh your eBay credentials, please send our support team the new name of your store so we can apply the update in our system.
