Troubleshooting items that are out of stock in Listing Mirror but showing in stock on the marketplace.
Troubleshooting steps:
- Confirm the SKU in Listing Mirror is showing 0 quantity. Even if the quantity has been changed to zero on the marketplace, that number will be overwritten if Listing Mirror is showing there are available merchant fulfilled or FBA quantities.
- If the SKU is showing available merchant fulfilled quantities, you can update that number to zero by going to Inventory > Manage Inventory > search for the SKU > hover over the available quantity and update to reflect zero > Save changes.
- Review Inventory History (more info) to track changes made to quantity. On the Manage Inventory page, click the Inventory History icon:
- Was the quantity updated in your marketplace seller account instead of Listing Mirror? Listing Mirror is importing and syncing available Amazon FBA quantities but all other quantity updates must be made in your Listing Mirror account.
- If the SKU is showing quantity for FBA inventory, Amazon is managing the inventory and syncing available quantities to Listing Mirror. If you believe the Amazon FBA available quantity is incorrect, you'll want to reach out to Amazon Seller support.
- Confirm there is no additional 3rd-party software other than Listing Mirror connected your seller account and updating inventory quantity.
