Walmart listing title or details don't match Listing Mirror

Learn how to use the Walmart Mismatched Titles report to understand why listing details are not syncing with Walmart listings.

When listing details on Walmart don't match the details in Listing Mirror, this is usually due to one of 2 reasons:

  1. The UPC entered in Listing Mirror doesn't match the UPC on Walmart.
  2. Another seller owns the Walmart listing.

UPC:

Product Identifiers are used by Walmart's system to identify the product you are selling.

For instance, if you create a listing for a pair of shoes in Listing Mirror using a UPC that Walmart recognizes as belonging to a vacuum cleaner part, your listing will appear as a vacuum cleaner part on walmart.com.

If you believe the UPC in your listing is correct, please open a case with Walmart Seller support along with any details you're able to provide.

Listing owner:

Listing owners determine the details displayed on walmart.com. If your listing's title differs from the Walmart listing title, it is very likely another seller owns the listing content.

The Mismatched Title report will not tell you who owns the listing, but it can be a useful tool in helping to troubleshoot the reason your listing changes aren't being applied to the listing on walmart.com.

To find the Mismatched Title Report go to Reports > select your Walmart store under the Walmart Mismatched Titles heading.

If your listing title differs from the Walmart listing (even if the spacing is different), it is very likely the UPCs don't match or another seller owns the listing content.
