Review Stranded Listings and Fix Issues

Manage listings that require additional details before they can go live on marketplaces.

Each marketplace has its own set of categories and listing requirements. For example, a category on Amazon might not perfectly align with a category on eBay, or a marketplace listing might be missing details required by a marketplace like Brand or Type.

Use the Stranded Listings page to address these issues and activate your listings.

Assign Product Categories to Stranded Listings 

1. Go to Listings > Stranded Listings
2. Click the number of listings that need to have a category assigned:
3. Select one or more listings
4. At the bottom of the page, browse for the appropriate category and click Assign Category:  

Fix marketplace listings with missing details

1. On the Stranded Listings, click Stranded for one of the marketplaces:
2. Use the dropdown arrow to view the stranded listings and which details are missing for each:
3. Enter the required information and click Update
