How your listings are imported

Learn how Listing Mirror imports your listings after you connect your marketplace integration

After adding a marketplace, any eligible listings will be imported into Listing Mirror. These listings are then utilized to construct a product with the details.

Criteria for your listings to be imported

  • Amazon: Listings must be active, and have quantity.
  • BigCommerce: Listings must not be a part of an existing variation in Listing Mirror.
  • eBay: Listings must not be a part of an existing variation in Listing Mirror.
  • Etsy: Listings must not be a part of an existing variation in Listing Mirror.
  • Newegg: Listings must be active.
  • Reverb: None.
  • Shopify: Listings must not be a part of an existing variation in Listing Mirror.
  • Walmart: Listings must have a unique product identifier, such as a UPC, ISBN, EAN, or GTIN
  • Wish: None.
  • WooCommerce: Listings must not be a part of an existing variation in Listing Mirror.

Listing Mirror will continuously import new listings from Amazon throughout the day.

⚠️ For all other marketplaces, new listings must be created in Listing Mirror.

Overstock

Because Listing Mirror is unable to import Overstock listings, you'll need to run a manual export on Overstock, and send the data to us.

  1. On Overstock, go to your Products tab.
  2. From the Export dropdown, click Full Catalog.
  3. Ensure Full Template and Horizontal.
  4. Contact support with your spreadsheet, and ask for Overstock listings to be imported.

Walmart & Newegg

Walmart and Newegg do not provide complete data for imported listings. As a result, we take steps to prevent any potential data loss by making these listings ineligible for editing without your consent. Learn more

If you have mismatched SKUs across each marketplace

When your SKUs match across each marketplace you're connecting, they'll be joined under the same Product. This enables Listing Mirror to sync inventory quantities on each market. Should your SKUs not match, you'll need to join your listings together to the corresponding product. Learn more

If your product variations were imported as individual products

Rarely, a marketplace will break up your variations into separate products. Should this happen, you'll need to merge your products together, bringing the variations back together under one parent product. Learn more
