I can't log in to my account
If you're having trouble signing in to your account, try these troubleshooting steps.
❌ Problem: My password isn't working
✅ Solution
Reset your password using the following link: Password Reset
❌ Problem: I'm not receiving the password reset email
✅ Solution
- Check the folders in your email account including the Spam and Promotions folder.
- Have you unsubscribed from Listing Mirror emails? Contact our support team (support@listingmirror.com) and ask to be removed from the Unsubscribed list.
- Your email may have bounced. Ask our support team (support@listingmirror.com) to check the Bounced list and remove your email address if possible.
- Contact your email server administrator.
❌ Problem: I'm trying to set up multi-factor authorization (MFA) but I'm not receiving the email.
✅ Solution
- Check the folders in your email account including the Spam and Promotions folder.
- Have you unsubscribed from Listing Mirror emails? Contact our support team (support@listingmirror.com) and ask to be removed from the Unsubscribed list.
- Your email may have "bounced". Ask our support team (support@listingmirror.com) to check the Bounced list and remove your email address if needed.
- Contact your email server administrator.
❌ Problem: I'm not receiving the text message to set up multi-factor authorization (MFA).
✅ Solution
If the number linked to your account is a landline or blocks unknown senders, SMS text messages won't work.
Select a different MFA method.
❌ Problem: The QR code isn't being displayed for the MFA authenticator app.
✅ Solution:
- Close your browser, reopen it and try again.
- Clear cache/cookies
- Try a different browser
- Disable browser extensions
- Make sure you're using the latest version of a supported browser
