Learn how to clear out marketplace listings and do a fresh import.
If your sales channels have not been regularly syncing with Listing Mirror, it's possible your listings are no longer current.
Why reset and start over?
- a marketplace integration was disconnected for a period of time
- you're a returning Listing Mirror customer
- you simply want a fresh start
Don't delete listings from your online store
Before clearing out marketplace listings, check your integration settings to make sure you won't be accidentally deleting them from your online store along with Listing Mirror.
- Go to Integrations > Manage Integrations
- Select the marketplace
- Make sure Deletes go to market is NOT selected:
If Deletes go to market has been selected, uncheck it and Save changes.
Clear out marketplace listings
- Go to Listings > Select the marketplace from the menu
- On the Channel Summary page, select all listings by checking the top box:
3. Click Delete Listings
4. Confirm by clicking Delete Listings
Reimport listings
- Confirm marketplace listings have been cleared out (this can take a few minutes)
- Return to the Channel Summary page
- Click Import Listings:
The process of reimporting your listings can take up to 24 hours depending on the marketplace and the number of listings being imported.
