How to handle Etsy orders without the buyer's shipping information 

Etsy no longer shares shipping addresses with 3rd-party applications like Listing Mirror. 

Merchant fulfilled orders

  1. Go to Orders > View Orders
  2. Click the Order #
  3. In the Buyer section, click Edit
  4. Manually enter the buyer's shipping information > Save

After the shipping carrier and tracking number have been entered, the order status will move from Unfulfilled to Filled. 

Amazon MCF orders 

  1. Go to Orders > View Orders
  2. Click the Order #
  3. In the Buyer section, click Edit
  4. Manually enter the buyer's shipping information > Save
  5. Click Send to MCF

 

ShipStation

Another alternative would be to connect your Etsy store with your ShipStation account. Etsy will give address to ShipStation, so you can ship orders from there without having to re-enter the address.
