Manage inventory quantities on the marketplace integration level

Control how inventory quantities are sent to the market.

Available with the following subscriptions: Free | Starter | Full


Integration settings

Update quantity

Manage available quantities in Listing Mirror or choose to control quantities in Amazon or another source of truth. 

  1. Go to Integrations > Manage Integrations
  2. Select the marketplace and go to the Inventory section.
  3. Select Update quantity to control merchant fulfilled quantities in Listing Mirror or deselect this option to control quantities in Amazon Seller Central or another inventory management tool.

By selecting Update quantity, Listing Mirror will overwrite quantities on the marketplace.

🚨 If you encounter problems with available quantities on a marketplace or find listings showing negative quantities, it may be due to using a different method to set quantities while having the Update quantity option selected.

Orders

  1. Go to Integrations > Manage Integrations
  2. Select the marketplace and go to the Orders section.
  3. In the Orders section, rearrange the Enabled warehouses based on the priority of inventory sources whose quantities you prefer to sell first.
    1. Depending on the sort order, we'll attempt to sell that inventory first. You should order them from most important to least important.
  4. Warehouses in the Disabled section will not have their inventory available for sale on this marketplace.

Maximum quantity for all listings

Limit the inventory quantities sent to a marketplace for all your listings.

No matter how much inventory you actually have, Listing Mirror will communicate to the marketplace that you have the maximum quantity specified.

  1. Go to Integrations > Manage Integrations
  2. Select the marketplace and go to the Inventory section.
  3. Enter a max quantity

This feature is useful for sellers who are listing products on a marketplace that limit the quantities they are allowed to have available.

Max Quantity for an Individual Listing

  1. Go to Listings > Manage Listings > search for the SKU
  2. Click the edit icon in marketplace column to view the Market Listing
  3. On the Listing tab, scroll to Max Quantity, and set the limit.

Max Quantity for Multiple Listings

  1. From the menu bar, click Reports, followed by Import / Export.
  2. Using the dropdown, select Market Listing Core Edit and the marketplace integration, followed by Download Template.
  3. Open the sheet and input the max quantity for all desired SKUs.
  4. Save changes, head back to Import / Export, and click Upload Template.

Hold back quantity 

You can hold back inventory quantities that are sent to a marketplace. Regardless of how many you have, Listing Mirror will reserve the quantity you specify.

  1. From the menu bar, click Integrations, followed by Manage Integrations.
  2. Click a marketplace and go to the Inventory section.
  3. Input the number you'd like to reserve in the Holdback Quantity field.

View inventory history

The Inventory History page will you show any time there's a quantity change for a SKU. This includes edits made by other users, orders, Amazon and Walmart syncs, and more. Learn more

  1. From the menu bar, click Inventory, followed by Inventory History.
  2. Search for the desired SKU or title.
