Manage your inventory for each marketplace

Learn how to use inventory features on the marketplace integration level

Use inventory features to control how inventory is sent to the market, as well as viewing inventory in unique ways.

Enable or disable inventory quantity updates

You can choose to control available quantities from Listing Mirror or de

select this option to control quantities in Amazon or another source of truth. 

  1. From the menu bar, click Integrations, followed by Manage Integrations.
  2. Click a marketplace and go to the Inventory section.
  3. Select Update quantity to control quantities from Listing Mirror or deselect this option to control quantities in Amazon Seller Central or another inventory management tool.

By selecting Update quantity, Listing Mirror will overwrite quantities on the marketplace.

🚨 When Listing Mirror users experience an issue with available quantities on a marketplace, it's usually because they're using something other than Listing Mirror to set quantities but the Update quantity option is selected. 

 

Prioritize inventory sources

In the Orders section, sort which inventory sources you want to sell first.

Drag which inventory sources you'd like enabled or disabled to the appropriate box.

Depending on the sort order, we'll attempt to sell that inventory first. You should order them from most important to least important.

Set the maximum quantity sent to marketplace

Limit the inventory quantities sent to a marketplace for all your listings. Regardless of the quantity you have, Listing Mirror tell the market you have the maximum quantity you specify.

This is very useful for sellers listing on a marketplace that limits the quantities they can have available. 

Set Max Quantity for an Individual Listing

  1. From the Manage Listings page, search for a SKU.
  2. Click the edit icon in marketplace column to view the Market Listing.
  3. On the Listing tab, scroll to Max Quantity, and set the limit.

Set Max Quantity for Multiple Listings

  1. From the menu bar, click Reports, followed by Import / Export.
  2. Using the dropdown, select Market Listing Core Edit and the marketplace integration, followed by Download Template.
  3. Open the sheet and input the max quantity for all desired SKUs.
  4. Save changes, head back to Import / Export, and click Upload Template.

All Listings

  1. From the menu bar, click Integrations, followed by Manage Integrations.
  2. Select a marketplace and go to the Inventory section.
  3. Enter the limit in the Max Quantity field.

Set a quantity to hold back from the marketplace

You can hold back inventory quantities that are sent to a marketplace for all your listings. Regardless of how many you have, we'll reserve the quantity you specify.

  1. From the menu bar, click Integrations, followed by Manage Integrations.
  2. Click a marketplace and go to the Inventory section.
  3. Input the number you'd like to reserve in the Holdback Quantity field.

View the history of your inventory levels

The Inventory History page will you show any time there's a quantity change for a SKU. This includes edits made by other users, orders, Amazon and Walmart syncs, and more. Learn more

  1. From the menu bar, click Inventory, followed by Inventory History.
  2. Search for the desired SKU or title.
