Track FBA Inbound Shipments and manage inventory quantities

Use the FBA Inbound Shipments page to view shipment details and deduct quantities from inventory warehouse locations. 

To find your FBA Inbound Shipments, go to Inventory and select FBA Inbound Shipments from the menu:

Overview

Click the All tab to view a summary of all Inbound Shipments including:

    1. Created Date: The date and time the shipment was originally created.
    2. Name: The name assigned to the shipment in your Amazon Seller Central account. Click the shipment name to display additional details:

    3. Status
      1. Shipped: The shipment plan has been created, accepted, and sent. The inventory will show as FBA inbound qty on your Inventory > Manage Inventory page.
      2. Active: This shipment plan is in process, and items are still being added or removed from it.
      3. Voided: The shipment was voided and cancelled in Amazon Seller Central.
      4. Error: Amazon has alerted an error has occurred with the shipment. Check your Amazon Seller Central account for details. 
    4. Last Updated: Most recent date and time shipment details were updated. 
    5. SKUs: the SKU or SKUs included in the shipment. 
    6. Total Items: the total number of items included in the shipment

Deduct quantities from an inventory warehouse 

When FBA shipments include inventory that is accounted for at a warehouse, you can deduct those quantities using the FBA Inbound Shipments page.

  1. Select the shipment
  2. Choose the warehouse from the dropdown menu where you want to subtract the quantities from:
