Learn how the "Deletes go to market" setting works in your integration settings.
To find the "Deletes go to market" setting
- Go to Integrations > Manage Integrations
- Select the marketplace
- In the Listings section, select or deselect Deletes go to market
- Click Save changes
When Deletes go to market is SELECTED:
Listings deleted in Listing Mirror will also be deleted from the marketplace. This cannot be undone.
When Deletes go to market is DESELECTED:
Listings deleted in Listing Mirror will only be deleted from your Listing Mirror account, not the marketplace.
To delete the listing from the marketplace, you'll need to manually delete it from your marketplace seller account as well.
🚨 If the Automatically import new listings setting is selected in your Amazon integration settings, deleted listings will reappear in Listing Mirror with the next sync.
⚠️ We recommend double checking these settings before deleting a listing using any of the following methods:
- Manage Listings: go to Listings > Manage Listings > select the listing(s) > click Remove > select one or more marketplaces to delete the listing from.
- If ALL marketplaces are selected, the product will be removed as a marketplace listing in addition to removing it from your inventory entirely.
- Marketplace page: go to Listings > select the marketplace > select the listing > from the Action menu, select Delete Listing
- Edit Market Listing: go to Listing > Manage Listings > search for the SKU > click the edit icon in the sales channel column > click the Delete button of the variation
