Delete and Reimport a listing

Delete and reimport a marketplace listing to resolve issues.

Listing Mirror automatically imports changes (e.g. title, description, images, etc.) made to listing details in your eBay and Shopify seller accounts.

Listing Mirror does NOT automatically import changes to listings on other marketplaces, so it's important to make those updates to listings in Listing Mirror. In fact, Listing Mirror will override those changes on the marketplace with the next synchronization. 

Deleting and reimporting a listing can solve a variety of issues. 

When to use Delete and Reimport:

1. Changes were made to a marketplace listing, not in Listing Mirror.
2. Changes that were made caused the listing connection with Listing Mirror to break.  

The Delete and Reimport feature performs exactly as its name suggests. It deletes the listing from Listing Mirror (not the marketplace) and reimports it from the marketplace.

How to delete and reimport a marketplace listing

1. Go to Listings > Manage Listings 
2. Search for the SKU and click the edit icon in the marketplace column
3. Click Delete and Reimport
   1. If the Delete and Reimport button is not displayed, the functionality is not supported by the marketplace.

*Reimporting the listing may require some time to complete.
