      Troubleshoot the eBay Shipping Policy error

      Set eBay business policies for Shipping, Payment, and Returns

      eBay requires sellers to set business policies in their eBay Seller Hub for shipping, payments, and returns. In order to cross-list products to eBay, the corresponding business policies need to selected in Listing Mirror.

      Set Business Policies

      1. Go to Integrations > Manage Integrations and select eBay
      2. In the Business Policies section, select a default profile for shipping, payment, and returns
      3. Click Save

      Apply Business Policies to existing eBay listings

      1. Go to Integrations > Manage Integrations and select eBay
      2. In the Business Policies section, select a default profile for shipping, payment, and returns
      3. Select Update all profiles on save? for each: 2024-02-28_12-54-45
      4. Click Save

      Help! I don't have Business Policies to choose from

      When you're done, return to Listing Mirror and follow the steps for setting business policies.
