      Convert Walmart Listings to WFS

      Convert Merchant Fulfilled Walmart listings into listings fulfilled using Walmart Fulfillment Services.

      Convert listing to WFS eligible

      1. Go to Listings > Manage Listings
      2. In the Walmart column, click the listing's edit icon 
      3. Click Convert to WFS Eligible:

      4. Confirm the request to convert the listing.

      What happens next?

      1. Listing Mirror will submit the request to Walmart on your behalf.
      2. After review, Walmart will either Accept or Deny the conversion to WFS. This process can take some time.
      3. Once it's been received, Walmart's decision can be found in your Listing Mirror notifications.

      ⚠️ WFS quantities can be viewed in Manage Inventory for reference purposes only. Walmart's Multi-channel Solutions service is currently not available in Listing Mirror. 

      After requesting conversion to WFS, the Walmart fulfillment type will be displayed as one of the following:

      WFS Eligible- the listing is eligible for WFS fulfillment, but is currently merchant fulfilled.

      Seller Fulfilled- the listing is not eligible for WFS fulfillment. 

      Walmart Fulfilled- the listing is being fulfilled by WFS.
