Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment service, like other 3PL solutions, can be a great way to streamline business operations.
When a customer places an order on a non-Amazon marketplace, such as eBay or Shopify, Listing Mirror can send the order to Amazon to be filled using your FBA inventory and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
Once the order has been filled, Listing Mirror will automatically notify the marketplace and forward the tracking number.

Automatically fill orders using MCF
Instead of manually sending individual orders to Amazon MCF, have orders sent automatically on a marketplace by marketplace basis.
- Click Integrations > Manage Integrations > select a marketplace
- Select the Amazon MCF tab:
- Check the box for Autofill MCF Orders and save changes
Block Amazon Logistics and have orders shipped in blank boxes
When using Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA) inventory, Amazon gives you the option to send your customers unbranded tracking information, and shipping boxes.
This is required for Walmart.
- From the menu bar, click Integrations, followed by Manage Integrations.
- Select a marketplace.
- From the Amazon MCF tab, select Block Amazon Logistics and Amazon Blank Box.
- Save changes
Manually send an individual order to MCF
- Go to Orders > View Orders
- Search for the order by SKU, Buyer, or Order ID
- Click Send to MCF:
Automatically split orders containing MF and 3PL items
To avoid splitting orders manually that contain 3PL & merchant fulfilled (MF) inventory, you can enable the Auto-Split Fulfillment option on an integration basis.
- From the menu bar, click Integrations, followed by Manage Integrations.
- Select a marketplace.
- Select Auto-Split Fulfillment.
Cancel orders sent to MCF
- From the menu bar, click Orders, followed by View Orders > Select the ALL tab
- Search for an order.
- Under Fulfillment Actions, click Cancel MCF.
From there, you'll want to follow the standard process for cancelling MF orders.
If you're unable to cancel in time, you may need to cancel the order on the respective 3PL platform.
Handling Amazon MCF returns
To manage an MCF return via Amazon, you'll need to create a custom return. You can choose to send the item back to Amazon, or to another location.
Create Returns
- In your Amazon Seller Central account, go to Orders, followed by Manage Orders.
- Search using the Order ID, ASIN, etc.
- On the Manage Orders page, click the Order ID.
- On the Order Details page, click the Create Customer Return tab.
- For each item, select Return Quantity, and Return Reason.
- Click Submit to generate the RMA and return shipping label.
- Send the RMA and shipping label to your customer.
Track Returns
- Follow steps one through three above.
- From the Order Details page, click the Return Status tab.
Once the returned package is processed at the fulfillment center, the return status will show Processed. If the item has additional information, you can find that in the Disposition column.

On the orders page, we'll display the status of your orders.
