Change the SKU of a marketplace listing

To update the SKU of a listing that is currently active, you will need to remove the existing listing and create a new one using the steps below:


Step 1: Update the SKU on the Product listing page

  1. Go to Listings > Manage Listings 
  2. Search for the listing and click the product title
  3. In the Variations section, edit the SKU: 2024-11-25_13-09-18
  4. Click Save.

Step 2: Remove the existing marketplace listing

  1. From the Manage Listings page, search for the listing.
  2. Select the listing by clicking the checkbox.
  3. Click Remove
  4. Select the marketplace you'd like to remove the listing from: 2024-11-25_13-12-21
  5. click Confirm.

Step 3: Recreate the marketplace listing

  1. From the Manage Listings page, search for the listing using the updated SKU.
  2. Click the Add to Marketplace (+) button under the marketplace column.

When you delete a listing, you'll lose its listing data. Once you create a new listing with the updated SKU, it's important to check that all the listing details are correct and current.
